Important: We Need to Know About Any Changes
If your business makes any changes to its name, employer identification number (EIN), or bank account information, we need to know right away. Please inform us immediately of these changes to avoid processing delays and other issues.
Additionally, if you purchase a new business, we need to know as soon as possible. Please inform us at the first opportunity to ensure everything is ready for the first payroll.

In order to provide the best possible service, please note that all 7-11 clients who want to utilize the Open Account must agree to all of the following:
- Full remote input (no email or call-in)
- 48-hour processing window (note the change from 24 hours)
- Payality can still invoice 7-11 franchisee
- All direct deposit or pay cards (no delivery)
- Modern timekeeping solutions to accommodate every company’s need, including touch-based time clocks and a mobile app
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employee labor laws
- Powerful scheduling tools that make it easier to create, manage, and share employee schedules
