The first wage detail reports under the Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave program will be due on October 31, 2024. The reports should be based on wages paid between July 1 and September 30, 2024. The Paid Leave Division will utilize the Unemployment Insurance (UI) online system to collect wage detail reports.
This report must include the following for each employee:
- First and last name
- Social Security number
- Wages paid
- Hours worked
